BBR: Week 1



WEEK 1

Weight: K
Waist: L


There was progress alright.  2  pounds and half an inch.  I'm pretty sure if I eat a greasy burger tomorrow I'll be back to square one, which is why I should avoid burgers AND take this seriously.  The only thing I did this week was cut back (a little) on my rice and do some crunches and lunges when I remember to do them.  Hopefully I'll be an H next week! Fighting!
